Our Journey So Far
Milestones that shaped our home workout approach
We launched our first home workout resource after months of research and testing with volunteers seeking simple routines.
In response to feedback, we added detailed mobility and stretching modules to address common pain points and improve flexibility.
Based on user requests, we introduced downloadable trackers and progress sheets to make consistency easier at home.
Our team expanded with additional contributors and refreshed our guide with updated recommendations for 2026.
